Windy conditions can't stop Walt and Rich

The day broke clear and cool and the second tournament of the season launched at 7:00 with 12 boats. The strong turnout resulted in today tournament paying for both first and second place. By mid-morning the wind was picking up making conditions for some difficult. However, Walt Gulledge and Rich Z had no trouble bringing a solid 3 fish limit to the scales. Their 17.41 lbs was enough to secure first place and $170 for their efforts. Close behind was Todd Sumner with 16.75 who took home $70 for second place. Todd also brought an 8.41 lbs beauty to the scales which netted him and additional $60 for big bass. Today also saw 10 boats weighing in fish with 9 teams bring a three fish limit to the scales. A total of 93.01 lbs of bass were weigh in today.
